Privacy policy

What vibinglegends.com collects (almost nothing), why, and your rights under UK data protection law.

Last updated 28 September 2026

This policy covers vibinglegends.com only. Each product — PF1e Campaigner, PF1e Combat Tracker, Factions: Fallen City, Poppem! and, when it launches, Chronicles of Thalor — has its own privacy policy on its own site or store listing, and that policy governs your use of it.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this site is Vibing Legends Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The company number and registered office are in the footer of every page. Questions about this policy go to hello@vibinglegends.com.

What this site collects

This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. It does not set cookies.

  • Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, the page requested, browser user agent and time — to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period by the host and are not used to profile anyone.
  • Email. If you email hello@vibinglegends.com, the message and your address are kept so the conversation can continue. They are not added to any mailing list or shared.
  • Theme preference. Choosing light or dark mode stores that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. See the cookies page.

Lawful basis

Server logs are processed under legitimate interests: running a secure website. Email is processed under legitimate interests, to reply to you.

Where data goes

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which may process request logs outside the UK under its own safeguards. Email is handled by the studio's email provider. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted. Email hello@vibinglegends.com and you'll get an answer within one month.

If you're not happy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
